May 28, 1932 - On this day in history in the NCSHOF, pitcher Wes Ferrell tossed a complete game for the Cleveland Indians as the Tribe beat the St. Louis Browns 3-1 in St. Louis.  Ferrell earned his seventh victory of the season, scattering seven hits and striking out two while not walking a batter.
