Student-Athlete Program

2021 Student-Athlete Program

Over the past three years the NCSHOF, with the support of sponsors, has provided an opportunity for over 700 middle and high school student-athletes and chaperones to attend the NCSHOF Induction Banquet on a Friday night in early May at the Raleigh Convention Center, and the NCSHOF Salute to Student-Athletes program the following Saturday morning at the NC Museum of History.

Because this year's Induction events were postponed and now fall over the summer break, and the current school system policy stating “For the upcoming year, in-person field trips have been suspended to ensure the safety of our students and employees,” we explored new and engaging ways to connect with the student-athletes.

In keeping with our vision, The NCSHOF will continue to expand and strengthen our association with all citizens of North Carolina, especially the youth, through popular exhibits and educational displays, the 2021 Student-Athlete Program went all virtual!  Below were the resources we provided to the participating schools - and now available to all -  in an effort to reach far more student-athletes than ever before.
